Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Manager/Senior Manager/Director to join our dynamic team, with a clear path to partnership for the right candidate. The role focuses on providing tailored tax, business advisory, and accountancy services to agricultural clients, ensuring they navigate the unique challenges of the industry effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural clients, providing tax planning, compliance and advisory services.
- Advise on succession planning, inheritance tax and diversification projects for farming businesses.
- Develop relationships with existing and new clients to drive growth in the practice.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Contribute to strategic decisions and operational improvements.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience working with agricultural clients.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural and rural business practices.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
