We’ve kept things under wraps recently but it’s time to announce some thrilling and great news.
Will Smart is now our new Managing Partner, taking over from Nick Warne and will work closely with our partners across all offices to lead the long-term strategic plan for the business.
Will originally trained with the firm in the 90s then pursued a career outside the practice, only to return and become a Partner with Cottons in 2017.

Our newest appointments also include Ollie Warne and Callum Veasey who are our new Partners at the London and Market Harborough offices.
And of course, we wouldn’t be this far without our wider team, that’s why we recognised the efforts of Enamul Khan, Sarah Kite, James Melvin, Sarah Randall and Aneta Sheridan who have been promoted to Director level.

Having been with the company since June 2005, a whopping 16 years, Sarah’s time at Cottons is a true statement of dedication and proof of a rewarding career.
New hires also include Ana Dima, our lead Marketing Manager, in charge of shaping the marketing strategy moving forward, Karl Olson our Business System Analyst and Ceba-Joy Pink in our Business Support role.
