Overview
We are looking for an experienced Trusts and Estates Manager/Senior Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on providing expert advice on trusts, estates, and inheritance tax matters to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services for trusts and estates.
- Advise on inheritance tax planning, will structuring, and estate administration.
- Work closely with solicitors, financial advisors, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery.
- Mentor and train junior staff.
Requirements
- STEP qualification or similar (preferred but not essential).
- Significant experience in trust and estate tax compliance and planning.
- Detailed knowledge of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
